Quitting.

I've been playing Crossfire for quite awhile, from back when Subagames still had control over it. But I went on and off with this game (Played it for a month, then don't go near it for half a year). Recently I played it a bit more often and actually had a fun time playing it.

After perhaps 3 weeks of playing it in the "free channel" (How I call it or Alpha, Bravo, or Charlie if you're an idiot), I've noticed a mass amount of Brazilians playing the game, it wasn't really an issue until the language barrier kicked in and turns out they're insulting us every second. Then turns out they're -bleeping- hacking, now I know they're regular North American and UK hackers, but the mass amount of "BR" hackers is overwhelming. This game went from Enjoyable~Good~Okay~Horrid~Catastrophic. Speed hackers everywhere you look, and they're spamming "PRESS F12" every time someone starts up a kick only to realize they have anti-kick hack or something of that matter. This is becoming a big problem, I've looked over threads relating to this problem and the chances of a Brazilian server/channel being put up are slim, but that wouldn't fix it, they'd still visit the North American/UK servers like idiots. IP banning Brazilian wouldn't be a bad idea, hell EU games IP banned North American players on their games (Or at least some of them). Some of you may say or will say that I'm "flaming", but really, this is a problem, and I'm fed up.

  • Yeah well... it's not worth it if the game causes more stress and frustration than entertainment.
  • Depends on which games/channels you play in. Mainly I play TDM on free channels and they appear all over the place, even in Elimination games.

  • Actually, I use an AWM, made 2 montages, and have a 1.50+ K/d ratio.

I already haven't touched this game for 3 weeks so far and don't plan to go anywhere near it for a long long time. Because console games are entertaining me :D

They just don't know how to go play in their servers. :( Or maybe because HACK*RS VS HACK*RS made them bored.

I like your thoughts dude. And if BR's get a server??? Obviously they will enter on UK Alpha etc. I don't understand, if a BR enters on NA servers he has lower ping than on UK. So my question is: what the fu** they are looking on UK servers huh?? Probably they like to ruin someone else's game.

    i think so too!
    my vote!
  • Blah, I returned to this game after 3/4 of a year...
    STILL HACKERS...WTF?!
At least 1 per TDM game, there's always one hacker using some wall hack and Z8games "can't" I.P. Ban Brazil because they get too much money from them to care about what's going on in the game. Why isn't there any admins or moderators actively involved in the game itself to ensure the players are enjoying a hack-free game? You can't hire like 1-2 guys to go around patrolling the -bleep- game? Hell, they do so little that there are people spamming hack websites in a channel lobby. PEOPLE ARE -BLEEP- SPAMMING HACK WEBSITES IN A -BLEEP- CHANNEL LOBBY. -BLEEP- THAT.
  • atleast you can even play.......

    cant* msg2short
  • When a game has this level of hackers, there's definitely something wrong.
If a user can freely advertise a website of hacks for a game within that said game, that's going too far.
