Frends List

I already know that no one here is going to know how to help me but seems CF support is the biggest piece of crap i have ever seen i have to make a post here first before i send a ticket when i clearly proved that the prolem im having is an account issue and nothing to do with my compputer so how the fck is posting hre gonna help??? Ill just copy and paste my ticket here simply because i cant be assed explaining it all over again!



Hello.
I have been having problems on my account with my friends list for a VERRY long time. When ever i add anybody new to my list they are shown as tho they did not accept, however I know they accepted me from talking with them and the message saying they confirmed also appears. Although i do not see them online they still see me in their friends list, which is annoying as I do not know who is online and who is not. This has been going on for over a year and nothing has been done, i sent a ticket a long while ago and it seemed fine for a while then the same rubbish is happening again. When i first add them to the friends lsit i see them fine but as soon as I relog CF they are shown at the bottom of my list with only 1 of those little pictures (which means they either deleted you or never accepted yet) yet they still see me... here are 3 screens of the bottom of my friends list all of these people still see me in their lists when i am online.

And i know how CF support loves to come up with some bull that it has something to do with my computer. I thought of this and decided to make a new account and test the friends list on there -

As you can see all the people there still have 2 little pictures next to them and they have been in the list ranging from 2-4 day and I still see them when they are online. This proves that it is an ACCOUNT ISSUE and has nothing to do with my computer or anything i myself have done so it is YOUR job to fix it for good this time.

This has been going on for over a year now and still no solution? And please reply with more detail to this ticket last year when i sent a ticket about it all i got was ''we will look in to it'' Yeah... you looked into it real hard that its still happening now....

Yea i jsut prove its an account issue by making a new fcking account but i still gotta post here? what a joke sort your company out...
