Accepting Members WONT SHOW?

Everytime I get a member that wants to join my clan, he applies, then it the site says I have a clan request, then I click on it, then it says there is nothing. I wait for an hour trying to accept. It still doesnt show up. BUT IT STILL SAYS THERE IS AN APPLICATION. I ask him about it, he says he's still waiting for me to accept.

Happens to me sometimes as well. Normally it's around 12:00 crossfire time, because that's when the website refreshes/updates/whatever. If you still can't see the application in 48 hours send a support ticket.
