its not working

when i used LOST ID PSW/SECURITY ANSWER it say Thank you! Your account information will be sent to your registered email address momentarily.
but nothing happen i try it 20 times already nothing happen can you guys fix this please

  • Make sure to check spam/junk folders etc.
    Spamming it 20 times won't make it automagically work.

    If you don't receive a mail after waiting an appropriate amount of time (say, a day), submit a support ticket explaining that you did not get an email and would like to request it manually or have them send the mail manually.
