if i bought 5 crates on 27 and 5 today, one by one i will get the crates?

yes, as long as you've bought 10 crates individually before 9th of september (or wateva the deadline is)

the 10 free m14ebr crate event stacks, so i bought 30 crates individually and got 30 m14ebr crates later on that day

you can look at your zp logs to see how many purhase you made.
