EXTREME Lag

Hey i have a problem. I have amazing lag, in the launcher aswell as in the game, in lobbys, on servers, on channels. I have tried reinstalling, restarting my computer. I usually have 200+ FPS, but now i have about 40, dropping to 13 and such. I can play the game, since it takes for EVER to even login. Pls help me

i say either A reformatting B updating graphics card C New pc? D idk ask bestbuy or some random techsupport hotline if you do use best buy i let u use my code for geek squad since my cousin does techsupport i dont need the 1 free call thing

The point is i have a awesome computer... Thats why i had 200+ FPS yesterday

And it went back to normal for 2 minutes... Then i went out of CF and back in and it was lagging again.

yet this year, i had the same problem on desktop...I had to update graphic cards drive, in my case, my card is nvidia geforce 8400GS.. and it solved. Actually playing ever on laptop, with awesome fps going around 50 ~^
