Force it to 75 hertz if you want smoother gameplay, but you'll have to lower your resolution in order to do so. 75 hz = 75 viewable frames. 60 hz = 60 viewable frames. I noticed a big difference going from 60 to 75 in terms of smoothness when playing games.

Yeah I have a ****ty desktop with a monitor that allows 75hz, and playing games on that compared to my 60hz laptop was a big difference. I can only imagine what a 120hz monitor could do.
