It's either your graphics card or some bug in the game.

It's just a glitch when the game was installed. Completely remove it and install it again. That will most likely fix your problem

I had this problem awhile back, it was my graphics card getting way to hot. If everything is fine when you start and this pops up after playing alittle. Could be the same. I put a new cooler on my card fixed it........

try uninstalling it.. and then after you uninstall it, delete the folder that is left over (if any).. a lot of times after you uninstall a game, some of files will still be left over from the old directory that might conflict with new install. after making sure all files are deleted, then try re-installing. this is just a guess. /goodluck
