You'll have already read all the negative comments and criticism that you've gotten.

I don't mean to offend, so don't take any of my criticism personally. work off of what I'm about to tell you.

-You don't need more than four threads for recruitment. If you think otherwise, at the very least, make new threads in one and a half months intervals.

-Your clan lacks direction. Why did you make a clan? What are you trying to accomplish? Do you want a casual, well-known clan with friendly members? Do you a "Top Ten" clan? Do you want a competitive clan?

-You're asking your members to recruit, so one would assume you want a casual clan with low requirements, but I see that you won't anyone anything below a Kdr of 1.0. You're moving too fast. that's too much for your LTs. Work your way up and bump up requirements gradually.

-If you want a clan full of pros, get rid of Kdr requirements and hold tryouts. The only people that care about their Kdr are Pubstars. There are plenty of people that have a negative Kdr but can hold their own against a lot of the players you have with a positive Kdr.

-Experienced LTs. If your LTs are Hackusing high end players, it makes people question your leadership skills for having chosen those LTs in the first place.

Again, I don't mean to offend. Take all of this for what it is: Advice.
