Not available at your region

I have a problem with my new account.I can login at site but in game it pops me a message saying "Not available at your region", and then the games shuts down....Please help me

There was a recent IP restriction.
Go look for the post in the Announcements section as I do not have it with me. XD
If I remember correctly it should be Asia and some of the Europe region has been IP blocked off.
