It's in the item shop, within the package tab. it's 20k for each package and lasts for 7 days.

go to 'item shop' then click a tag that says ' package ' and youre in the room. they cost 20k GP each and there are 3 kinds to choose from. you need to be a sgt. lvl 1 to buy them
