M14 EBR Crates

Hey well as the title says i havent recieved my crates, I bought 10 itesm TWICE which would mean i should get 20 m14ebr crates but i havent recieved even one, but there for my friends both the same thing i have both and they both recieved them but when i bought the same thing and even twice i havent recieved nothing
