I have no solution, but I can't buy anything. I don't believe Z8 will try to fix any of this. They are too busy stealing ideas from other games. They need to improve this problem and make things better.

This happens to me all the time guys.There is a security feature of some sort that doesnt allow any transaction to occur more than once in a specific time frame.So if u mis-key any info during ur first transaction....chances r u wont be able to sucessfully use that card again for a 12 hr period.Most of the time u have missed one number or answer wrong.But it does denie transactions all the time.Verify ur info the next time twice and u will get it to work.

Ps;Sometimes u will see a statement showing u was charged on ur debit/credit card and they come back a few days later and remove the pending charge in your account.

I sent in a ticket to Z8 about this issue and they told me to contact their vendor, BuddieShops. The email exchange follows. It basically says I entered invalid credit card information twice over the life of my Z8 account and so I can no longer buy zp through them.

After searching, we found there were two declined payment records under your account on Oct 2010, the reason of decline was credit card information not match.

Please note that BuddieShops has recently updated its payment security system. The credit card number, IP or Login ID which get declined over two times when attempting for payment will no longer be acceptable.

How can I know if my credit card is bad for buying ZP?

I get the same message but my account is new and I have never tried to buy zp. Strange??? I tried used credit card and paypal and my info is correct
