Error Please Help

Hi here at home and the following is giving me an error that is impossible to enter the game, and the following error when I try to get into the chanel one mistake and I take dc's when I get the following message appears again "ID Has Been Logged Already in would you like to login again? "At the end if I put the game if I put BAN Yes I take Yes I'm banned someone Sat resolving this error?
