Free M14EBR Crates
Ok I met the criteria for the "back to school event" yet didn't receive the crates, I made the purchase on the 26th when the event was announced.
I have dealt with support staff see this thread for the problem.
Here is my latest ticket as those ignoramuses keep closing them and I sent a follow up response for clarity (almost a guide so they can't go wrong if they actually read it):
I am awaiting a response and for this issue to be resolved but since the last ticket stated:
Then how do I get the matter resolved? Tickets??
All support basically said in my tickets whilst ignoring what is written is:
So can a GM take this matter up since support is incapable of doing so?

My new ticket wrote:Can some actually read my ticket about the M14EBR crates and see what it says, instead of giving unrelated response that only insult my intelligence and aggravate me.

Oh lets put it this way:
1) You saw the Paypal receipt and you can also check the payment at your end, the payment was made when the event started ie the 26th (that is why I brought ZP).
2) In my ZP log it shows that I brought 10 crates 1 by 1, I also know I brought 10 1 by 1 because I'm not mentally ******ed nor suffer from Alzheimer's. Your logs likewise will show 10 crates were purchased 1 by 1.
3) The above means the criteria was met to get receive the M14EBR crates and you can verify that fact, yet I still don't have the crates nor did I get the 10% extra ZP during that purchase.
4) So the matter should be easy to resolve.
5) Lastly do I also get some extra crates for the delay in receiving my 10% extra ZP and my ten M14EBR crates? And for having to send in these tickets and receive aggravating and belittling responses that raise my blood pressure?

- You brought BP/GP items and they don't count.
- There is a delay when receiving crates.
- Items brought in bundles are not valid.
- Don't open more tickets.
So can a GM take this matter up since support is incapable of doing so?

Give this man his crates now. Don't insult loyal, intelligent customers in this manner. It costs your company absolutely nothing to give him virtual items. I'm disgusted that you would refuse him. He deserves bonus crates for the junk you put him through. If this was a real store you'd be out of business in a week. Just appalling.
