Downloads..

I don't know if it goes here or technical support because it's technically not related to Crossfire... But every time I run Windows normally and I go to my downloads it freezes up on me.. But I go to safe mode and it doesn't... Just wanted to reinstall CF. 
Anyone know anything about this problem? Also, it mainly freezes up when I try clicking on bigger files (such as Crossfire). Is it a Vista problem because I've never had trouble with this on XP or 7.

I suggest running this in safemode.
Yup it is, woot! Now it's telling me I can't open things anymore. I'll do this and see if it works.

Are you able to download and install this?
If not run a scan with whatever you have or try downloading it in "Safe Mode with Networking" -

My computer works completely fine in safe mode and I've been doing it with networking but I'm going to try malware bytes. Worked for my grandmother.
