My ticket sent in 5 days ago:

So did I just get ripped off? or is this gonna take a weeks worth of tickets to rectify?
My Support Ticket wrote:"Yesterday I brought 10 ZP crates one by one so that it would make up the 10 zp purchases needed for your "Back to school event" to obtain a further 10 free M14EBR crates, however after a day of waiting I still have not recieved any crates whilst others have.

i buyed 2 days ago zp crates 10 of them and i didnt get crates :S >.<
i will send support ticket to them i hope i will get my 10 crates. -
I made the experience that the more polite you ask the sooner you will get your response. If it is true then you have to wait some weeks now^^
Well my first ticket took 5 days for a response and that was polite, so I'm looking at 10?

Today's date is the 30th. 5 days ago would have been the 25th. The even started on the 26th.
Support were serious.
Ok let me put it this way I brought them when the event started so what ever time frame since then.
I was counting the 26th, 27th 28th, 29th and today! -

They do, but they don't reply to hack reports. They don't reply to them because it is faster that way, they would just waste a lot of time writing "Thanks for the report." and something similar while replying to every single report. And that would result in less hackers being banned each day. -
The one support ticket I sent in (concerning the Seal event, where the knife only games in the new map weren't being counted in stats) was answered in a similar vein. I responded with a request for them to not insult my intelligence. I think, sometimes, they forget that we are on the other end of the screen and do not have access to the information they have.

Nah I know how these responses are made it goes like this:
Support thinks: "Ok, What is the problem?" - everything else in the ticket is disregarded.
Supports conclusion: "Oh this time it's free m14ebr crates, he is saying he didn't get them."
Support thinks: "He can't have met the criteria and must be a bigger idiot than myself."

This is the way they solve customer's issues, isee. I know this is a quite recent event but c'mon its not a bigbutt event where there are too much info. C'mon "Support" team, read the event site, interpret the sh!t then reply. No customer likes perfunctory replies, thanks. ^^
Off topic: wuz thinking bout buying 10 m4a1-elite crates but if the reply is like that, nah i Wont argue with y'all but i would definitely like to find a game with better trained monkeys.

They should give us all a 100 free crates for even sending them money right now.
Obvious they just don't care about their customers with the hackoplypse going on for weeks on end. Been playing this game for 3 years and buying ZP the whole time but I've just about had enough. Their needs to be some kind of ETA post of when this junk will be fixed. It's the absolute LEAST they could do. Z8 you're going to lose a ton of loyal paying customers with your apparent apathy. -
This thread was made for a laugh and I thought the support team might actually have rectified the issue by now, but obviously even I gave them too much credit.
Although laughing at the support team is funny the issue is real and needs resolving so I posted this in Technical Support.
