Wait another 24 hours. Sometimes it takes a while. Then after that send a ticket in here http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx. They are the only ones who can help you with account issues.

If you're paying with a bank sometimes it can take up to 6-8 business days for z8 to get the money and you in return get your zp
