Support Tickets

I want to ask if sending a support ticket via PM is possible because this account of mine is hacked and every time I make a support ticket, it gets deleted after a day or even an hour.

Deleted? Support tickets are closed, not deleted and can be reopened. If they are being deleted, then send in a report ticket about that

No, the ticket is manually deleted by the hacker so I could not change my account password or email. It does not appear in the history.

Ah so you mean someone else has access to your account and deletes the ticket. And you lost access to your email and security question so you can't change your password. You can try sending in a ticket from another account with proof that you are who you say you are and explaining the situation.

But the whole point of this is to not have the hacker delete my ticket, if I sent in a ticket like you said, it would get deleted.
