Whats thiss error?

This is what error i get when i install crossfire does some one know how to fix this?:S

    From searching for the error, it seems that there are two likely causes. First, a previous installation of CF has some data that is interfering with the current attempt at installation. Have you had CF installed before on this computer or drive? Second, a folder or file could be read only and needs to be written to.

    1. unistall cf with software like revo unistaller
    2. delete auf unistall all reg. entrys (with unistaller software)
    3. reboot
    4. install CF again
    5. CF will patch
    6. after patch start and have fun

    7. if u still cant install/start/play cf send a ticket to support
