right just got my spade and started to get 10+ kills then it pops up saying you have been kicked dose this mean im going to get banned or somethink

No, you just got removed from the room and didn't get any GP/EXP/kills/deaths from that match.
You'll most likely be seeing that message some more. Just look at chat, it will start with "kick [your name here]" and end with "You have been kicked by vote kick. blablabla."
