Reasons of losing honorable soldier ribbon
Recently i was thinking about pro's. I've visited profiles of few of them and noticed that some of them don't have honorable soldier ribbon. Does it necessarly mean that they have used illegal programs, or they could lose it because of internal error or even getting free zp through proxies?

You don't get this ribbon removed through a internal error or getting free zp from proxies or surveys.
He either had a cheat on his desktop, a (rs)bot, a injector for other game or he clearly cheats on this 1 game. -

Any suspension will cause the ribbon to be removed from the account. This includes chargebacks.
In some cases we've returned the ribbon for chargeback cases, mostly when the chargeback occurred as a result of a problem with Z8Games/G4Box (which is a rarity). Rather than the other which is a buyer dispute or something else related to being the customers fault.
They could also be removed for say... a temporary suspension. Which could be something like, insulting, excessive language, harassment, impersonation etc.
edit: It should also note that if your account becomes compromised, someone breaks the rules in any way, the account becomes suspended (not permanently banned) the ribbon will be lost, regardless of whether you get your account back or not. -

So unless it's Z8Game's fault, you'll never get that ribbon back once you lost it. Regardless of the circumstances.

You made me laugh.
There were no ribbons two years ago but if you got banned back then, you simply didn't get the honorable soldier ribbon.
True. The ribbon says "you have NEVER been banned". Learn to read. He didn't lost it, he just didn't received it. That is of course, if he's telling the truth...
