Support is serious?

My ticket sent in 5 days ago:
"Yesterday I brought 10 ZP crates one by one so that it would make up the 10 zp purchases needed for your "Back to school event" to obtain a further 10 free M14EBR crates, however after a day of waiting I still have not recieved any crates whilst others have.

Can you please look into this and rectify it?

So did I just get ripped off? or is this gonna take a weeks worth of tickets to rectify?
