Yeah on your clan page there is a thing at the bottom
Depending on your rank you can only donate a certain amount

You can donate a fixed amount of ZP using the prepaid card option.




Doing surveys for someone means them giving you their account information, which can get both accounts banned.

Clan Bank Donation Limits & Rules:

Rank 9 or lower: donation limit 2000 ZP/month
Rank 10 to 18: donation limit 4000 ZP/month
Rank 19 to 27: donation limit 10000 ZP/month
Rank 27 and above: donation limit 20000 ZP/month


Clan Bank Rules:

The Bank is not linked to any one player, it is linked to the clan only! If leaders or anyone else changes it will not affect the clan bank belonging to the clan with all the ZP in it still.
Once ZP is transferred into the clan bank it belongs to the clan and the user has no claim to it anymore.
All Ranked Tournaments will require entrance fees that are paid via the clan bank only and can be done by the leader or lieutenants.
No ZP can be transferred out of the clan bank to a player.
No ZP can be transferred to another clan.

He means that you'd have to gift the FULL amount of the prepaid card and not in increments. It's one of those all or nothing type things.
