Pesky HGWC Socket Error 15003

First of all, I just want to say that I have Googled for about 2 hours on this error, watched 2 Youtube Videos about it (as it was the only videos about the error), and read this forum like crazy. So far, I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted my XTrap folder, ran as Administrator, deleted, redownloaded through a different mirror, and kept rerunning Crossfire. The second time I started up the game, it worked fine. Then when I tried to start it again, the Socket Error appears. The only thing I HAVE NOT done was change UPnP because it doesn't seem to make a difference as I ran it before WITH UPnP.

PC Specs:
Intel Celeron 2.93GHz
1 GB RAM
VIA/S3G Unichrome Pro IGP (intergrated, but gameplay is good)
120 GB HDD (I don't think this matters)

They all reach minimum [I think] and run fine in game. Loading time does take a while though. I know it's a pretty old computer, but it worked before. Why not now
