The 6950 and the 560Ti are pretty neck and neck when it comes to performance. In some games, the 6950 edges out the 560 and in other games the 560 is the leader. So you can't go wrong with either.
BUT, if you care about driver stabilities, go with Nvidia, as AMD is known for making some bad GPU drivers. When it comes to raw performance, you can't go wrong with either of these.
I like of look of the 6950 though. -
