Picking up good players

Erick_ and I decided to make a team we already got a few others who want to join/tryout were looking for the following things in a player.

-Good shot
-Good gamesense
-Good listener
-Fast learner
-Smart player
-Willing to practice and play every day almost
-Willing to put time into the game to actually win leagues
-Big heart aka No quiting or giving up
-No rage
-Mature
