Its hard for me to headshot people i allways spray really close distances and really longdistances
and tips to stop spraying and headshot easy i use m4/ak

Ps: been gone for 2-3 months

Use the first of crossfire and keep on playing snd with a m4a1.
It really improved my aiming...

P.s force your self to burst shots and to aim high(head area obvious)

That will only help you with reaction..

Low mouse sensitivity may help and with bursting.

Practice with M700. M700 is Bolt-action and will require you to aim for the head. After using it for awhile, you'll get used to tapping and one-shotting. Move on to aiming for the head with M4A1 from there.

i use aug, what works for me is aim above head , ghosts always jump so more often than not you get a headshot, then you get called haker , then you get kicked lol.

get some M12s and keep spraying

see that your not good at aiming s&d would be bad because you will have to wait for the round to end a good td map to practice you aim would be Monaco powerplan and ceyhan or any other td if you make it pistols so you cant spray
