Yeah. Don't forget that small clip in Public Enemies where the detective had killed a man from at least 50 yards away with 1 shot from a winchester.

Or that time in the True Grit re-make where the bounty hunter was shooting off the outlaws from at least 100 yards in the dark again with the winchester.

I'm not saying that it should be a 1 shot kill from any range although that is the true winchester, but it should do damage similar to the m700 from any range. Since it's not a fully automatic and it takes a bit of skill to keep that crosshair on the opponent.
