its possible he either lives very close to the sever or he's internet is really fcking good

On my normal PC (im on my laptop) i got a print screen of a guy with a 0 and occasionally 1 ping. lol.

You have to live very close to server. Good internet barely matters, ppl with good internet in Brazil can't get 10ping on alpha. Just saying.

lol i think hes beside the sever hub, but how can he have 0 ping? you need to have at least one ping to play. because when i played the original halo i dced alot because of 0 ping

It's possible because he probably lives right on the server. Not a big deal tbh... When I play, players with over a 40 ping difference can lag or tank really hard for me. (20 ping in west coast).
