Because the game update
The ping of Brazilians are increased?
All Brazilian ping has increased on upgrades.
example: 128 -> 150/160.
decrease can not ping, because it has no server BR.
Can increase the ping?
Very sad that reality.

But you guys are getting a server, obviously you should go read/translate some more threads.
