AK-47 Guide

The AK-47 and its variants are easily some of the most popular weapons in CrossFire. This is due to the excellent accuracy, high power, fast firing rate, and moderate-light weight. Due to the good accuracy and power, many players choose to use this weapon, especially for single-shotting (killing an enemy with a single headshot, particularly at long range.) A major disadvantage of the AK-47 is the high recoil. Because of the high recoil, the utility of the AK-47 is intact mostly for experienced players. Despite the recoil, the AK-47 is also good at close range because of the fast firing rate and high power, therefore it is advised that you fire 1 or 2 bullets at at time to prevent the reticle from flying off to another dircetion. Thus, the AK-47 has no real signifigant disadvantage other than the fact that it is difficult for unskilled players to use. Once the player gets used to the recoil and spread, the gun is a very good one for headshots and overall usage.

The power of the AK-47 is

(Close Range)

Hand/Arm: 35, 35.
Foot/Leg: 24, 24.
Back/Chest: 40, 40.
Headshot: 100.

(Medium Range)

Hand/Arm: 34, 34.
Foot/Leg: 24, 23.
Back/Chest: 40, 41.
Headshot: 100.

(Long Range)

Hand/Arm: 32, 32.
Foot/Leg: 23, 22.
Back/Chest: 40, 38.
Headshot: 100.

The reload is 2.0 seconds.
The ammo is 30/90 and in total it is 140.

The AK-47 takes time to master it's recoil. Some people might spray but some don't spray properly.

Here are some examples of proper shooting with an AK-47.

When you spray, it should be calm and controlled. The spray pattern is farely easy, so it shouldn't be hard to learn. Just spray against a wall and watch where the spray pattern goes. Then try to control it. Practice, practice, practice.
Also, by strafing side to side, the spray becomes MUCH easier.

Short range is basically spraying. But as always, it should be calm and collected. You can mix crouching, strafing, and all that stuff to throw the enemy off from time to time. AK is truly a beast at close range.

Right before you shoot, you can try to pull down your cross hair slightly. This goes for close and mid-range also.

Mid range is personal preference. You can have fast 1 taps, 3 shot bursts, or small sprays ( if you're good with controlling the recoil ). Once again, it's all person preference. I prefer 3 shot bursts, but at times, I do small sprays.

As said above, pull down your cross hair right before you shoot.

Long range is mostly fast 1 taps, with 2 shot bursts mixed in. You still want to strafe like close/mid, but you don't want to pull your cross hair down. In long range, try aiming for the neck/head area, as there won't be any recoil while 1 tapping. If you don't kill him, you at least want to injure him by doing high damage.

For AK, I feel Type A, Green is the best. It shows the spray, unlike type C. It allows you to be more aware of where the bullets going. BUT that's my preference. Some people might think differently.

I do NOT own any of these guides so that is why i didn't put "Soulhelix's AK-47 Guide" so i just put AK-47 guide. Really i just put lots of guides together to form one guide. Thanks and i hope this guide helps.

And why i didn't do it myself? Cause its 2:00 in the morning (after midnight) and i tried drinking coffee yet didn't work so that's why i can't so give me a break god.
