Just some critique:
1. Try to keep the transition from the night overlay and the actual map smoother [you can see some places where it cuts off too early.
2. Try to remove the shadows [clone masking over the shadows works fairly well.
Other than that, decent, especially liked the glows. -
Well that's what happens when you work in photoshop at 3:30AM. lol I made some base touch ups to it. (Shading, shadows, and the night sky overlay) Thanks for pointing them out.
Also that's just the preview version (Anti-Rip purposes), so if I get picked I'll post the final versions if the contest holder allows it.
Note: There are 6 versions now. If I get picked he gets them all.

[size=+1]Sorry I forgot to mention why I deserve the ZP. The first reason why I deserve the ZP because I spent really long looking for the police & superman, then I had to make the police officers really small which also took ages xD The second reason why I deserve ZP is because I used Microsoft word instead of the good editing softwares like photoshop :P The third reason why i deserve ZP is because I currently have 19 ribbons and if you gifted me ZP then I would get another ribbon which makes 20 ribbons. Once I reach 20 ribbons then I receive M4A1 Custom Crystal and I will let you use it whenever you want![/size] ♥

Bah I hate waiting.
I have a feeling that SWAT didn't fix his car right so he got stalled on the side of the road. So he had to hitch a ride back home but the people he hitched a ride with are crazy spoon murders. So now he is probably in a basement getting tortured with various types of spoons. But that's just what I think. -
