HUGE bug/error in the crates very important please read/help. (GM's help if possible)

Okay, so I bought 11k ZP, and bought 1x10 ZP crates, since from what I've heard 10 ZP crates = 10 M4EBR crates, if you buy them one by one.
So, I bought 10 RPK Gold ZP crates, and when I was about to open them, I only had 1 RPK Gold crate, and 9 M4EBR crates right away. I really want an RPK gold, M4EBR is just 'meh' to me, but I wanted it because of the GP/Coupons.

Anyway, the RPK gold crates are nowhere to be seen, and from what I've read arround here, from this event if you bought 10ZP crates of any kind, you would keep the crates, and get 10 M4EBR crates gifted. Well, it wasn't my case. I even thought that you bought the RPK Gold crates, and then like a few hours later you would be gifted the M4EBR, it's weird that I got them 5 seconds after I bought the 10 RPK crates.


Anyway, if any GM is reading this, please help. Thanks.

    It seems very likely that you might have accidentally bought the M14EBR crates accidentally since that is the default crate right now. There is no way to know which ones were actually bought by you. If you wait a bit of time, and you get awarded 10 more M14 crates then you'll know. I'd wait a couple days and if you don't get 10 more M14 crates, then I'd send a ticket to support explaining the situation and the resolution you'd like.
