Petition for changing daily mission

Okay I dont think it's a news that hackers are everywhere on cf now. And just during this period of time, z8 decided to make daily mission be done on a team death match map. So now, it is pretty much impossible for legit players to finish daily mission unless you are luck enough that a hacker is on your team. Before, when missions were done on search and destroy maps, at least people were kicking, and hackers do get kicked frequently. But when it is changed to Chinatown, it's not very hard to see 3 or 4 hackers in ONE game, and no one is kicking them. Why?

1. Since we spawn immediately after death in TD games, we don't have any time to speculate other players on our team and see whether they are legit or not.
2. A lot of players won't kick the hackers even when they know who's hacking simply because they want to win the game and finish daily mission.
3. Very often there are two hackers in the game: one on each team. So if one team kick their hacker, it is very possible that the other team won't kick theirs just so that they can win. As a result, no one is kicking the hackers.
4. Since now legit players have a really hard time finishing daily missions, yet they still want to finish them, what do they do? They download hacks themselves of course (obviously this isn't true for all the legit players). Also, this is a great time to download hacks since they are free right now. As a result, the hacks are spreading like plagues among the cf players. I have played one game in which there was a hacker in my team. I tried kicking him but no one voted (obviously), so the players on the other team got mad and one of them started hacking. These guys on the opposite team were so happy that they were actually cheering for him. At the end of the game (they won), one guy even asked the hacker where he downloaded his hack. And if I remember correctly, that guy who asked was a lieutenant.

I believe I have explained enough, so here are my suggestions for daily mission:
1. Make daily mission done by kills instead of by wins. This way even if there is a hacker, it is still very possible for legit players to finish their mission.
2. Make daily mission done by playing a set amount of games, regardless of the outcome of the games. This way everyone has a equal chance of finishing the daily mission regardless of his skills.
3. Change daily mission back to Search and Destroy maps.

I am pretty sure that I am not the only one who is having a difficult time finishing daily mission. So if you agree to what I have said or maybe have even better suggestions you want to share, please sign the petition by responding to this thread so that maybe a GM can see this.

Thank you for reading.

  • Whoever plays TDM for the mission is a moron nuff said. It's not that hard to pick the least hack infested mission.

For example today play MM and call the room "Fast games" and farm that sht and if a one shot hacker comes good (the more the better).

Even though it can get frustrating, I'd still pick TDM rather than 10 games of HM which is boring as hell because every round is exactly the same.

    That's why you farm it.

Just called the room "Fast games" and kill the mutant each round then it doesn't take long.

Getting wins whilst being farmed by hackers in TDM is not easy and if you care about KDR they ruin it.

I agree, that's a nice way to do it. But getting 5 (at least) other people in a pub to do exactly that, considering every other doesn't understand english, is virtually impossible.

It can be hard but there are ways to make it easier.

I'm from the UK but never play the UK servers because the amount of hackers and arabs that will kick you is amazing, however I do these fast MM missions on the UK servers because they do understand better and these games seem to go well, only a few players attempt to play/hide/mutate others but as a team you can kill them easily and fast.

Also make the room size 8 max, remember you only need 6 for the daily mission to count and the extra 2 just makes sure there is 6 as some leave the room etc - Also a room sized as 8 will ensure there is only 1 mutant.

When games start it's probably just you and another guy, so just nade yourself and die the other guy wins and the round is over, in fact you can probably do this for a number of rounds before others come.

The language or how to tell them its a fast game seems to be "mutant no kill" (which works best).
