I think Z8Games has ate my money...

I tryed buying 20K ZP with a VISA prepaid without activating it (Yes im a dumbass like that)
Then i logged into it because i read the back of it i logged in and activated the card and now after i tryed buying again is said : This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations. (I tryed entering the info 2 times before activating thats why it says that i think) Now i cant login into the prepaid card either it just says : Your account has been locked due to incorrect login information. Please try again later with the correct login information for this account. , I havent been credited ZP and i dont know if i will get my money back , I already submitted 2 support tickets but i want to know if it just ate my money or if im not gunna get it back , If so...*Insert over 9000 rage here*

Chances are still will get resolved, however this may be VISA's problem, not Z8Games. You best chance is to check with them and wait for a reply from Z8 on the current situation from their end.
