Signature Update Fun : Flags

Idea goes to Liqweedate.

Let's try to make flags out of the BBCode Color, under 4 lines, and hopefully under 200 characters so everyone can use them. Also, try to make them somewhat similar, if not the exact same. Will be editing it as long as I can, and then I'll get a moderator to do it.

To make it, use the color codes █.
