  • I can't read. I'm sorry. But, hopefully a mod will post and answer your question.

    Question to your answer.

    YES
  • If you have software on your system that X-Trap is designed to detect, even if it is not for CF, it will auto-ban you on CF. This is not a violation of your rights because you agreed to this when you installed the program. Even if you did not read the terms and conditions, when you pressed the "I Agree" option you made a tacit acceptance.
X=Trap is not (as far as I know) designed to detect someone using a cracked Photoshop or other illegally obtained or used software. It checks for specific types of programs and for signatures of various types of cheats for multiple games.
Like any type of detection software, there can be false positives. If you feel an error was made, you can open a support ticket and try to find out what the ban is for. For all we know, you are banned for a chargeback. Only the GMs and customer service can help you. Mods have nothing to do with that end of things. They help keep the message board straight.
  • They are just forum mods and don't anything regarding banning players or maintaining the auto-ban. Ask your question to more appropriate personnel.
  • Support ticket awaits you. Mods just regulate the forums.
