Looking for Casual

I have been playing on my alt for a bit but I'm gonna start playing on my main account again looking for a casual clan that will scrim reasonably often and not kick me if I randomly don't play for a week.

-From the UK get around 20 ping
-have vent (no mic but if you're that butthurt by it I can easily buy one)
-I like to think I have average ability and am easy to get on with

Ps would rather a clan that is at least 16+ or mature.
