The Best Suggestion Ever!!!
Suggestion 1: Change Foxtrot to (2nd Lieutenant or higher only) +7% exp
(before you start flaming STFU! read the reasons first)
Rationales:
a) There's a significant increase of hackers from May to August. It is easy to create new accounts and hack with it. Having a high ranking limit on a server will avoid the problem.
(No offence, I know that you guys (z8 and wiselogic ) are doing all you can to stop the hacking) I'm assuming the player ranking is server side, thus it is almost impossible to have a hack that allows the player to have a higher rank.
b) Staff Sergeant rank is easy to achieve. A typical hacker would be able to accomplish this rank within a day. (Hell, even a non hacker can do it within a day). My point is, the delta server does not really restrict the hackers from joining a more competitive game. Even if they get caught at this time, it won't matter because they can hack again another day and achieve staff sergeant. On the other hand, second lieutenant is not an easy task, it would probably take more than 3-5 days of game time to reach it with a hack. By this time hopefully someone have already reported this player before he or she has even reach second lieutenant.
c) Foxtrot has the smallest number of players everyday, it's almost non existent. Even when compared to Echo server (which is the second smallest population).
d) In my opinion, players with a rank second lieutenant and above are the real hardcore players of this game. Most of them have bought z8 points for the game, and will be buying more. These are the players that fuels the money to z8games. At least give them a server where players can enjoy the more competitive side of crossfire.
Suggestion 2: Show the "HONORABLE SOLDIER" ribbon beside on tab display
(preferably beside the player name)
Rationales:
a) From the ribbons guide, having a "Honorable Soldier" ribbon means : You have never been banned in-game for any reason. As a player, if i know a player has this ribbon and his rank is second lieutenant or higher, then I'm more confident to say that the player is not a hacker.
b) As a Pro-Player, this allows me to have a "Proof". I'm not hacking. This also avoids the unjust kicking of a good player in game.
c)Might be also useful in a clan match. Or Clan recruitment.

I think it would be good to set a lt limit to some servers.
It would be good to add all the ribbons to the in game profile. Sometimes I use my phone to check if they have a HONORABLE SOLDIER ribbon.
I don't know why those guys do that but I saw some captain and lt wallhackers too. I can't understand that, why are they risking those accounts to get banned?

I think It's a good idea to set a higher limit for a server, as I said earlier in this thread and my own thread.I see a lot of captain+ ranked people hack.
I saw only 3 lt (2 wallhackers and a aimbot) hackers and 1 captain hacker (aimbot) but there are like a million lt lower hackers.This will encourage farming.
Those guys farm anyway, you can't stop them by removing the bonus. -

For people who did not read the whole post and miss the fact that there are TWO suggestions. Players should be informed if another player has a "HONOURABLE Soldier" ribbon
It could be placed anywhere on the tab display. Doing this will allow us to know if we are playing with players that does not have honourable soldier ribbon on ANY server.
Another recommendation that could be added for suggestion 1 is to only allow players with honourable ribbon to join the server (see suggestion 1).
If all things fail, if there is a second lieutenant rank higher decided to hack. Players can still file a report. And if proven guilty, players that are reported will get their honourable soldier ribbon be removed. Depriving them the privilege in joining the server foxtrot (see suggestion1)
