I know that this option would be good for me when people randomly decide to start spaming there macros... or If I don't feel like hearing people complain.

There are programs /cross mods that are able to turn off the chat but i think it's illegal.

Why illegal? And who cares anyway? I mean no one is able to tell if you use it or not and that stupid anti cheat can't even detect a simple hack.
