Uk Clanserver

Ok this is not for me, but for a friend, who is just to lazy to post!
He is german and able to access all Uk-Servers with a Decent Ping, but when he wants to enter Uk-Clanserver, he just disconnects. He Downloaded and reinstalled Cf twice but its still the same Problem... any help?

    UK clan has gave me endless bugs since last patch.
