problems with crossfire servers

1 month ago my ping was 140/160 ....
170/300 now this I think is problem in the crossfire server ... here is my data connection:
Last Result:
Download Speed: 2079 kbps (259.9 KB / sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 477 kbps (59.6 KB / sec transfer rate)
Latency: 68 ms

It's not the Crossfire server that's wrong. It's because your computer is slower, and now probably your internet is not good either.

then why do I ping my slow one month? not change anything, do not have virus ... it simply I'm slow in crossfire, in other games I can play with low ping

My Ping is also high since 2h
from 40-50 to 120-140 ( UK-Server)
