can't login the game

i can't login the game in a month now man. I don't know what happen but it keep saying " ID has been logged in already would you like to login again" i clicked "ok" then another message pop up said " you can't access the test server" clicked "ok" again and then i got disconnect everytime i tried to login the game , everyday i trying to login the game and still saying it and got disconnect. PLEASE HELP ME I'M NOT EVEN HACKING >.< AND SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON THIS ACCOUNT!!

try to get support from http://crossfire.z8games.com/contactus.aspx would be better I guess, half of the community dealing with disconneting issues since 3 days but not 30 days

i did check the ban list and im pretty sure my name not on it. I did contact to the GM but they never answer me back, dat's why im post this up here
