Servey failer

Ok i've done every servey that is avaliable in the country .. waited hours for the zp even days and nothing.. when i check the z8games support page this is what i saw when i type this problem.

Survey providers are not affiliated with Z8games. Z8games has no control over any of their pricing structures or methods of payment including but not limited to SMS payments or the divulging of private information that some of these sites may require.

Please contact customer service of the survey company for missing points, thanks.

to me i'm like what kinda bull**** is this. so i do serveys no zp come to mi and i have to talk to some person of the servey company ...realy!!!!!! .. That some real BS if u ask mi .. im suppose to have about 3000 to 4000 of zp on my account by now but no i dont cuz the servey's are a failer... [GM]'s i would realy like your opinion on this matter. ASAP!!!
