Xtrap Issues [I live in CA]

Since the new xtrap update i have been getting alot of lag for some reason i tryed to remove crossfire and install again that didnt work, I tryed using system restore that didnt work either.So i was woundering how i fix this problem or do i have to wait till next patch to get my fps back.
