hello,

is there a problem with cf-reports team?
did the cf-reports team exist?

i report so many speedhacker...
player who shoot trough wall...
dmg bug user...
and many more.....

they are still in game....why?

i report so many cheater few months ago, they are still in game, why?

i just want to know why they dont get a bann, in the replays u can see clearly they used speedhack (b4 patch) now those crouching-speedhacker, cheater who shoot trough wall....wth! why?

is everyone forced to put video in this forum to be credible?

HAHA. Get used to it. Hackers aren't going away, no doubt about that. And the report system takes months to actually be viewed...

Yea. Temporary ban is not enough to keep away the hackers. Besides, the majority of them don't even use their main accounts when hacking. (If they have any) So, what's the point in a temporary ban if they can easily just log on to a different account?

thay are stressed so it takes it's time, and banning is usaully 7 days or so, which means you must see them sooner or later

They can be temporary banned or you'r Report was lon for any reason. So it's not the Cf-Rport team! Chill!

dude what i meant is, i report speedhacker a few months ago u can see it clearly in replay, but they are still in game.

and i know how to report a cheater.....it's not hard.:p

yeh sadly me too : everygame yesterday had 2 or 3 wallers in , would have took me longer to report every person ( as you can only report 1 person per report even if there is 3 in same game ) than play the game , but not surprised ppl not getting banned , z8 must get that many hack reports each day there is no way they could go through each report it would take them forever.... i also agree temp ban is useless .. permanent ban each time..

Because there are way too many cheaters in this game. Can you imagine from all the population of Crossfire 500 players reporting 1 cheater/day? 500 reports in a single day. You need lots of people to see all those replays.

i have repprted as well then the next day i seen them again but the get some meny they must take for ever so i don't bother any more

Hackers who are reported and found cheaters are given immediate permanent bans. The autoban system used to hand out temporary bans. That's been changed to permanent bans on known third party programs [blocked cheats]. So if you're using a detected hacking tool, you get banned within starting up. If you're using an unblocked cheating client, chances are you will be detected too.

The report team has to sort through thousands of reports a day, which results in some getting missed, some being misplaced, and some just not being sent in. They usually classify them into groups, such as blatant cheats such as speed hacking, and such.

If your report is old, and nothing has happened [it hasn't been closed, closing a ticket means it's been read, and will be investigated later], try re-sending the report. They never reply to hack reports.

Anyone the same problem???
