I haven't actually reported someone, but abusive kicking can't be reported, unless you get kicked constantly. Because then, it'd be considered harassment, therefore, you can report them and possibly get them banned for a couple of days. But, I believe abusive kicking cannot be reported, since almost everyone does it, but when it goes into the form of harassment, when they're doing it to you or someone else continuously, then, that can be reported, and possibly negatively reward them with a temporary ban.

Reporting for a sole person kicking for for one instance will not yield anything.

However if a person does the following it can also go under harassment.
1) Continuously quitting and rejoining to kick you.

2) Following you into games and constantly trying to kick you.

Proof of this will need to be sent, including replays.

What about when someone makes a macro just for you and keeps spamming it? I take it that is bannable?

As for reporting kickers and QQers just get them to say something bannable

That would probably have to depending on the individual case that the macro applies to at the time. After all, banning someone for making a macro saying:

"Grooby likes pies."

Isn't really gonna do anything.

Was reffering to macros like:

"GROOBY IS A NOOB WALLER, HE SEE GHOSTS - KICK HIM F11"

Cool.

It's hard to play under those conditions as the threat of getting kicked is real enough prior to the spamming, however when they constantly spam macros like those mentioned you know sooner or later some newbie or idiot that is fed up with the spam will kick you.

And the few times I was macro spammed I was kicked from all those games swiftly even if after a few rounds of spamming.
