If you're talking about the Summer Stakeout event, that's because that they were using the event to test their new Event page. If a ribbon was in the mix, it would have been announced.

I won 63k and shock observer 1 week jelly? xD, OT: No even though everyone would like a ribbon it would be way to easy because most of the people play 4 hours in the weekend

thats not necessary true i got a m4 adv for 14 days and over all 20k gp

I agree. 4 hours and I got, an AK-47 camo 3/5 days that is suck with, name tag and two coupons.

Not every event has to yield a ribbon. It was a nice prize all on its own considering most of the time its GP crates being given out.

Zp crates usually yeild quite a bit of gp, coupons and zp temporary guns in addition to possibly winning the zp perm gun. I don't think it was that bad.
Especially for people who can't/don't by zp.
