Sorry to hear you where hacked.
Just try to remember if you've ever given any personal information to anyone about your account.
Ex. : The E-Mail you registered your account with, your security question, Your log-in username, password ext.
I think you cant send a support ticket and try to notify Z8. -
Well, he CAN send a support ticket if he got all the infos and a few codes from the zp payment he did..Sorry to hear you where hacked.

appliedlogic, spam isn't useful in this thread.
dafadf, don't forget sometimes tickets can take from 24-48 hours for z8 to reply to you,
at least, that's how long they've taken for my past ticket. Good luck getting your account back. -
24-48 hours ? that would be pretty fast

gotta inform how it went..
:x keylogger found.. must have been that because he already changed email and password
If you have a keylogger on your pc I would advise you to change your passwords on more or less anything that you have logged into recently. Also you should change the password of programs where you have stored the password on your pc for an easier way to log-in.
Also, if you haven't deleted\put the keylogger in quarantine yet, you should do so to prevent more accounts in the future to get hacked. -
Accounts do not get hacked. It is the responsibility of the user to maintain their account security. Please go to http://support.z8games.com and provide them with the information they request.
Please read below for an extended discussion and definition of these actions.
Getting hacked implies that it was a specifically targeted attack against your specific account by means of modifying files on your computer.
By taking the above literally one could then say that this suggests a keylogger on a computer which logs the keystrokes and monitors packets and connections and sends this information to a hacker(s) would mean that your account "got hacked".
However, since this is actually only possible if you downloaded or partook in some sort of action that left your account compromised, then it is actually the account owners fault and they didn't get "hacked".
It should also be noted that keyloggers (of all kinds) generally are targeted to the specific user of whatever site/product the hacker wants.
In other words, Keyloggers don't magically appear on computers and keyloggers in general are looking for specific things. Viruses designed to take information from your computer are not looking at your z8games account unless the original place of the virus was something Cross Fire or Z8Games related in nature (see cf hacking websites).
For example, if you downloaded an illegal copy of Captain America the movie, from a torrent site, which had a virus in it and specifically a key logger, the key logger is likely not targeting Cross Fire. Nor does the person who put the virus there want your Z8Games account. They are probably looking for other things like email passwords, social network passwords, credit card information etc.
If getting hacked implies my original statement then you must have done one of two things:
1) Visited a website designed to scam people from z8games accounts. Z8 scam sites exist and we try to get rid of them when we can. But if you enter in your information there, then you are opening your computer up for a risk of not only them knowing your account information but them being able to put malware/spyware/keyloggers on your computer.
Especially if you do not have the proper computer security for these kinds of websites.
2) You have downloaded a malicious piece of software specifically designed to target your z8games account. [read: a hack for CF] Almost all hacks for CF have some sort of virus buried in it. Most of them are keyloggers.
Both of the above are your responsibility and have nothing to do with you being "hacked".
Additional reasons for losing your account:
1) You gave your pw or any account information away to someone. This includes best friends, family members etc. This also includes your Login ID! And also includes account sharing.
2) You have bought or sold the account from someone else. Which is against the rules, and still your responsibility.
Both of which are your responsability and have nothing to do with you being hacked. For example, you give your login ID and Password to your brother, he knows your email and probably knows your security answer too. (especially if its obvious) He then likes that Golden M4A1 you have on your account. Goes in and changes the password.
In this instance, you did not get hacked. You lost your account cause you shared the info on it. No hacking was involved.
What it boils down to is that your account did not get hacked because a hacker wanted your account. Your account was compromised because you were careless with the security of the information on the account.
Of which we are not responsible for, and can only help prove ownership of an account based on information we request of you and are not obligated to return an account to anyone if we can't prove such actions are true.
